A tradition of over 57 years

It all started in 1969 when Mara and Medin, inspired by a trip to Turkey, decided to launch something completely new-a popcorn kiosk. Their goal wasn’t just to sell, but to create something better and of higher quality than anything they had seen before.

The first popcorn machine arrived from England, thanks to their son Oskar, while the very first handcrafted pot was made in Zrenjanin, a result of the skilled hands of local artisans. Soon after, they obtained the permit to set up the first popcorn kiosk in this part of the country, sparking a story that has now spanned more than five decades.

Today, under the name LOV POPCORN, the company carries the initials of its founders, Lončar Oskar and Vesna-the husband and wife who passed this family story down to new generations. Their popcorn remains a symbol of trust and love between the people of Zrenjanin and their favorite popcorn makers.
